Honestly, this exercise is amazing! Try it once, and you’ll love it.
So I have a bit of time on my hands over the next three weeks, so I’m going to try and post as much stuff as I can.
So I’m bunkered down at Ryan’s apt to avoid spending money, and I knew I had to go to the gym today, because I miss it yesterday. Lucky for me, Ryan’s apt has it’s own gym located right next to a sweet salt water pool. Unlucky for me, the only cardio machines they have are the bikes (they have three), and my dreaded enemy, the treadmill (there are two). Now, one thing you must know about me; is I HATE the treadmill. Never liked running for long periods of time. So, here I am thinking…okay so I have all this time off, I might as well suck it up and learn how to use these blasted treadmills. So me being me, I went to pinterest! God, I love that website. Anyways, I found this really great interval training guideline for running on a treadmill. Half walking, and half light jogging, with a little bit of a sprint in there. So, I gave it a stab and I loooooooved it. I never used to love sweating, but now I wake up looking forward to my sweat dripping down my body. I even get knee pit sweat (over share?). I modified it a bit to accommodate myself because I am not yet a pro runner. I’ll post a pic of the workout so maybe you other treadmill haters can giver a go.
